Clovis Ochin (1.5 L) 2023 'Mira Mira' Macabeo Jus de Goutte, Penedes

Made from 100% Macabeo grown in Penedès, this wine highlights the freshness, texture, and subtle complexity of one of Catalunya's most important native grape varieties. Sourced from old vineyards and crafted with minimal intervention, it offers a pure expression of both grape and place.

The grapes undergo whole cluster fermentation with seven days of maceration before being transferred to glass dame-jeannes for aging. A portion of the juice is retained in tank and used for weekly topping, protecting the wine naturally from oxidation throughout élevage. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur, the wine remains vibrant, energetic, and true to its origin.
