Made from 100% Grenache Blanc grown in Penedès, this wine captures the variety's natural texture, freshness, and aromatic complexity. Clovis Ochin's hands off approach allows the vineyard and grape to speak clearly, resulting in a wine that is both vibrant and expressive.

The grapes undergo whole cluster fermentation with seven days of maceration before being transferred to glass dame-jeannes for aging. A portion of the juice is retained in tank and used for weekly topping, protecting the wine naturally from oxidation throughout élevage. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur, the wine delivers a pure and unfiltered expression of Grenache Blanc and the distinctive character of Penedès.
