This beautiful Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is produced solely for Cream Wine & Spirits. It is blended from La Colina Vineyard Pommard Block Pinot Noir fruit and aged for 20 months in barrel.
All of the J.C. Somers Pinot Noir wines get a similar treatment. 100% destemmed, light extraction, punch down once a day at most, spontaneous fermentation, spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Mix of new, 1 year, 2 year and 3 year barrels (Gillet and Rousseau) and 20ish months aging before bottling. No filtration.
