La Revanche Chardonnay is produced from the Anahata Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills. Anahata is the Sanskrit word for the heart chakra, symbolizing love, compassion, and connection.
It is fermented and aged in 600-liter French oak barrels without the use of secondary malolactic fermentation. This Chardonnay is pure, bright, mineral-driven and delicious. Think Chablis over California.
