La Revanche = The Revenge

La Revanche Chardonnay is produced from the Chehalem Mountain Vineyard. The Chardonnay is lightly pressed and made in the style of Chablis. It is fermented and aged in 500-liter Damy French oak barrels for 10 months without the use of secondary malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and acidity. This Chardonnay is pure, bright, mineral-driven and delicious.
