    Rating: 93 (10/1/2025)

The Nouvelle Lune is traditionally a blend of fruit from several Dundee Hills vineyards. In 2022 it was made entirely with fruit from one of Oregon's best vineyards, Abbey Ridge. This incredible bargain of a wine leads with aromas of tart red cherries and smoky flint. With its bright acidity and crisp texture, this beautifully balanced wine is dripping with flavors of red raspberries, orange zest, black tea and a hint of clove.

    Rating: 92 (3/6/2025)

In ‘22 this is all declassified Abbey Ridge fruit, which is not to say it’s lacking in flavor or interest. In fact it's a fine companion to the other Abbey Ridge wines, with generous black fruits, berry and cherry, and time spent in barrel that adds a touch of sandalwood. The finish trails out gracefully, with textured tannins and a dash of pepper.
