The Nouvelle Lune (New Moon) is a blend of Jay and Ronda's favorite Dundee Hills AVA Pinot Noir sites. This wine is an exceptional representation of the Dundee Hills terroir.
The Pinot Noir was 100% destemmed and fermented using native yeast. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally. Wine matured for 20 months in barriques (25% new). It was bottled without fining or filtration.
