Harvested from the Boisseau Vineyard in the Laurelwood District AVA, one of Oregon's newest AVAs (approved in June 2020). Gentle whole cluster pressing. Fermented and aged in 500-liter Damy barrels from Mersault for 7 months on the fermentation lees. No malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and acidity.
