Winemaking Notes: The grapes were picked and pressed together. The juice blend was fermented cold, in stainless steel.
About the Name: The Laing brothers remember waiting patiently at dusk, in the thick summer air, for the first Lightning Bug to glow. They lived next to a creek and large trees hung over their yard, creating the perfect backdrop for the strobe light magic of the firefly’s bioluminescence.
Tasting Notes: This dry white wine is crisp and refreshingly delicious with a abundance of glowing flavors. Pair with everything from risotto to Tarte flambée to fried calamari or even pork chops. This is a versatile, easy-drinking wine.
