Production:
2,000 lbs Sucrine du Berry Squash fortified with Orris Root distillate, and macerated with Figs, Cacao, Ancho, Shiso, Gentian. The liquid was aged for two years in used 500L Amarone casks in the back of our rickhouse. The red wine casks have given it this beautiful burnt orange color and it has layers of vegetation from the squash and chilis - mixed with subtle deep chocolate notes from the cacao.
