This Nocturne is a blend of 2.5 and 6.5-year-old full-malt brews, with loads of dark malt. This beer is fully spontaneously fermented like all of their lambics, but without the raw wheat portion. It is all natural without any addition of caramel sweetener or coloring. This is their take on a real Vlaams Oud Bruin (Flemish Old Brown).
