About the Wine: This wine is made to be released right before Spring, hence the name Haru which means "springtime" in Japanese. Théophile loves Japanese culture, and wanted to make this wine in a style that is very easy to drink and digest, with playful tannins. Great with a slight chill, it’s meant to be fresh and easy. A great start to a fun dinner, or a wonderful, light, ending to a heavy meal.

Winemaking Notes: The grapes go through carbonic marceration for one week and age in tank for six months. 2021 is a high quality, but small vintage due to the frost in late Spring.
