Rhododendron, also known as Labrador Tea or Greenland Lemon, is a layered expression of North American flavors. Wild-harvested in the northern forests of Quebec, it offers both delicate tartness and deep, buttery notes of fir and Asian pear.

Our fermentation sharpens the tea’s mellow profile and brings forward a bright array of tannins, revealing notes of dill, juniper, watermelon candy, and cedar.

Rhododendron pairs beautifully with seared scallops, kale Caesar, squash risotto, or any dish that might otherwise call for a Chardonnay.
