Unified Ferments 'Wen Shan Bao Zhong' Non Alcohol Fermented Tea

Wen Shan Bao Zhong is a lightly oxidized, bright oolong produced in northern Taiwan. Their producer, a fourth-generation tea-growing family from the Nantou region, draws on generations of experience to highlight the tea’s signature powdery florals, gentle oat-like sweetness, and subtle salinity.

Their fermentation deepens and concentrates this character, bringing forward notes of orchid, honeysuckle, and fresh marzipan. The result is an approachable yet hard-to-categorize expression with real lift and charm.

Wen Shan Bao Zhong pairs beautifully with fresh oysters, sheep’s milk cheeses, watercress sandwiches, or any dish appreciated for its freshness and brightness.
