Tasting Notes: Big Juicy is a Black Muscat-based chillable red giving strawberry bonbon and Turkish delight in a ready-to-go, easy-to-drink one liter format. Following in the footsteps of the mighty Wonderwerk Big Orange, this chillable red wine is equally refreshing and crushable. It has soft tannins, moderate acidity, and clean, fruit-driven flavors.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes were sourced from San Joaquin AVA, Contra Costa AVA, and Alta Mesa AVA. They fermented with native yeast and bacteria. The wine completed malolactic fermentation. The Black Muscat was destemmed and fermented for 2 weeks on its skins. The Petite Sirah and Torrontes were direct pressed. The wine aged on its fine lees in neutral oak and stainless steel for 7 months. It was gently filtered prior to bottling.
