Bubbly, juicy and delicious. Chismosa is a lightly sparkling rosé wine infused with rose geranium. Always leaving you wanting more, just like chisme (gossip in Spanish).

Andrea Jaramillo of Mas Vino Please , dreamt up this wine as something light and fun she could enjoy with her friends while getting ready to go out or as a pre-dinner aperitif. This bubbly wine is bottled under a special pressure-rated screw cap; it can be resealed aſter opening and continues to maintain the flavor, freshness and bubbles.

Winemaking Notes: Fermented with native yeast and bacteria, completed malolactic fermentation. Montepulciano was fermented with carbonic maceration. Gewurztraminer was de-stemmed and fermented on skins for 2 weeks. Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre were direct-pressed and co-fermented. Petite Sirah was direct-pressed. The wine aged in neutral oak for 7 months and infused with organic rose geranium extract. The wine was gently filtered then bottled with a Champagne starter.
