Vineyard Notes: The Valvin Muscat is sourced from Crystal Vista Vineyard in Interlochen, Michigan. Valvin Muscat is a hybrid cross between Muscat Ottonel (Vitis vinifera) and hybrid Muscat du Moulin (Couderc 299-35). It is a winter hardy hybrid perfect for the Northern Michigan terroir. Nestled on a ridge just outside of Interlochen, this organically farmed vineyard enjoys the perfect balance of warmth for this early budding variety. The warm September of this vintage allowed the fruit to fully ripen, creating an exceptional flavor profile.

Winemaking Notes: Fermented in stainless steel with wild yeast, the wine spent 6 months on lees, developing a rich creamy texture while maintaining its lightness and vibrant character.
