Wine Notes: Whole cluster Gamay macerated for 30 days during spontaneous fermentation. The wine aged in used 228-liter barrels for 8 months before bottling. A small amount of sulfites were added at bottling. The nose shows dried red fruits, flowers, and red tea. This Gamay is medium-bodied with fresh tart floral notes.
