    Sweet smoke and dusty dried flowers give way to herbal-tinged nectarine as the 2022 Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Particella 181 blossoms in the glass. This is beautifully balanced with an opulent wave of silken bubbles, giving way to ripe orchard fruits and spices. It finishes with medium length and steely clean with a chamomile hint that slowly fades.
