    Bright straw. Aromas and flavors of botanical herbs, yellow apple and sweet spices. Fresh and juicy, with very good inner-mouth perfume and acid lift to the rich fruit flavors. Finishes long and bright.

It sways from savory to sweet throughout its display of salty minerals, spices and orchard fruits, all carried upon a soothing wave of fine bubbles. A tart twang of citrus and savory herbs linger, as the mouth waters for another sip. This fully satisfying Prosecco punches well above its price point.

    The NV Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore opens with a sweetly scented bouquet of crushed apples, chamomile and spice. It's soothingly round with a savory white pit fruits and sour citrus blend. This tapers off squeaky clean while leaving a mineral tinge that punctuates the experience nicely.
