Each product is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the company’s name, "Kimino," meaning "yours," symbolizing their commitment to creating drinks with care and purpose—just for you.
Guided by the Japanese Kanso philosophy, which emphasizes simplicity and minimalism, Kimino uses only pure, high-quality, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from Japanese family farms. This approach ensures their beverages remain free from unnecessary additives or sweeteners, allowing the fresh, natural flavors of their ingredients to shine. Additionally, naturally sourced water from the Hyogo Mountains in the Kansai region enhances the flavor and texture of these premium sparkling beverages.
In March, 2025, they opened a yuzu farm in Shimoda, Shizuoka where they'll source their yuzu fruit as well as host farm dinners.
