The Flood 2025 is an orange wine built around three white varieties from high elevation vineyards in Washington’s Columbia Gorge and Columbia Valley.
50% Gewurztraminer, 25% Viognier, 25% Sauvignon Blanc
Gewurztraminer comes from the historic Atavus Vineyard in White Salmon, planted in 1966 at 1,700 feet, while Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier are sourced from certified organic Konnowac Vineyard in Zillah.
Each variety is fermented separately with 30 days of skin contact before blending. The wine is aged in concrete eggs and 2,000 liter upright oval oak casks, adding texture and depth while keeping the focus on the fruit and the character of the grapes.
