This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from certified organic Konnowac Vineyard in Zillah, Washington, at 1,100 feet in the Columbia Valley AVA. The grapes undergo 30 days of whole cluster maceration before pressing, followed by aging in a 2,000 liter upright oval oak cask.
A site driven, lifted, fresh and bright, dare we say old school feeling Cabernet Sauvignon shaped by extended maceration and measured oak aging, with an emphasis on structure, texture and the character of the vineyard.
