Rosé all day, but most importantly, rosé all night. Club Music is a bubbly rosé with notes of raspberry, apple, and citrus. This wine is a trio of rosé (Zinfandel and Pinot Grigio), orange (Symphony), and white (Sauvignon Blanc and Albariño) wines. It's a genre-bending formula, a totally fresh take, coupled with extended tank aging on the lees to layer on a touch of that classic bubbly character. Best enjoyed chilled, before and after your best night out.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes are fermented with the native yeasts and go through complete malolactic fermentation. The Symphony fermented on skins for two weeks and all other varieties were direct press. The wines were fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 11 months on the fine lees. The 'Club Music' was then gently filtered, carbonated and counter-pressed filled and then bottled with minimal sulfur under pressure-rated screwcap.
