Kingston Black is a bittersharp (high tannin and acid) apple variety thought to be named after the village of Kingston in Somerset, England. Dating back to 1851, British cider makers consider Kingston Black one of the most valuable cider apples in England. The juice from the Kingston Black is of the highest quality providing the perfect balance of tannin, sweetness and acid.

This cider is rich with baked apple and caramel notes. It is a dry cider with 0.2% of residual sugar.
