Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from Finca Suarez's Finca Perico estate vineyard. The vines were planted before 2015. Finca Perico is the family's original estate, where they were raised, and was purchased by the family in 1921. The soils are of alluvial origin, with sandy loam soil on stones. In the vineyard, the use of water is carefully rationed, as it’s their most precious and scarce resource. Finca Suarez adheres to regenerative farming methods, respecting both the soil and biodiversity.

Winemaking Notes: Harvest is done by hand. The wine is whole cluster pressed with skin contact on the juice for 24 hours. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place in used French oak barrels, followed by an additional 10 months of aging in used French oak before bottling.
