Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from two vineyards in the Central Valley in Chile. 80% of the fruit comes from Yerbas Buenas in the Maule foothills of the Andes and 20% from Los Alamos in Curico. Both the vineyards and the winery are certified sustainable.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes are destemmed and ferment in stainless steel tanks for 2 months on the lees. After fermentation, the wine ages an additional 4-6 months in tank before bottling.

Tasting Notes: This bright and fresh wine jumps out of the glass with hints of lemon, gooseberry, lavender, chamomile, sweet pea, and mint with some mineral notes on the finish. The wine is lighter in style, crisp, and well balanced making this a versatile and easy drinking Sauvignon Blanc.
