The Galactica Cabernet Sauvignon comes from three vineyards in the Central Valley of Chile. The wine shows notes of dark cherry, plums, and rhubarb with hints of cigar box, clove, eucalyptus, and leather. Undertones of blackberry, dark chocolate, ripe currants, and baking spices come through on the finish. The oak is well integrated and leads to a fruit driven wine held tight with soft, fine grained tannins.

Winemaking: Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks and then transferred to neutral 225-liter French oak and stainless steel tanks for 6 months
