About Baladi: Baladi is an indigenous Palestinian black grape meaning “local,” “native,” or “country” in Arabic. Baladi is characterized by its crispy texture and moderate acidity.

Winemaking: The grapes are manually harvested at the beginning of September and destemmed into stainless tanks. The grapes ferment with skins and seeds using selected yeasts. The wine ages in oak barrels for 14 months before being filtered twice and bottled.

Tasting Notes: Fresh with generous aromas of ripe berries, backing spices, ripe plum and vanilla. It has lively acidity and soft tannins that finish dry. Pairs well with lamb.
