Tasting Notes: Time Place Wine Co. Cabernet Sauvignon has a lovely and expressive nose full of cassis and vanilla, with background notes of rhubarb and mint. Velvety smooth flavors of ripe plum, blackberry and baker’s chocolate. Finishes long with notes of cassis and hints of tobacco.
