When the sea air from the Mediterranean meets the mountain air from the Alps, high concentrations of essential oils give unique and extraordinary aromatic properties to the juniper, which is hand foraged in the Occitan Alpine Valleys of Italy. The production process of the juniper distillation is done by Bordiga at their facility in Cuneo, Piedmont.
Recipe: Gin was first made by Bordiga in 1889, and this gin is made from the original Bordiga recipe. There are four main ingredients in this Italian gin which are angelica, cardamom, something secret, and of course juniper.
