The forgotten grape Petit Meslier is particularly close to Aurélien Laherte's heart, and he decided to replant it, for its strong personality and to preserve the varietal diversity of Champagne. It is a rare white grape born from the crossing of Gouais Blanc and Savagnin. After following the evolution of the Petit Meslier in the co-planted parcel of Les 7, the family was struck by its personality and ability to maintain acid, even in higher temperatures. This special inaugural release offers aromatic energy and intense freshness.
