Drawing upon 350 years of sake-brewing history, Tenryo's Koshu (aged sake) is brewed in the Hida District of Gifu Prefecture using Hidahomare rice. This aged sake uses a flower yeast for fermentation.

Tasting Notes: This sake is super dry and rich. The aging muffles the acidity and brings forth a smoother and layered drinking experience. The entry begins with fruit flavors of apricot, plum and a hint of raisin. It ends softly with a rice-forward finish.
