Distilleria El Bagazo: The distillery is the first tequila project in Mascota, Jalisco. A mountainous and fertile region approximately 4 hours SW of the town of Tequila. Mascota has abundant water sources, lower elevation and rich soils. This region of the Sierra Occidental offers altitude variation, mineral richness, and depth of character.
