    Fully destemmed, fermented in concrete and matured for 12 months in 225-liter barrels, the 2023 Volare del Camino continues the excellent performance Per Se achieved during a difficult vintage. Sourced from a small parcel on sandy soils adjacent to a forest, it offers a combination of the aromatic delicacy of the Inseperable and a glimpse of the concentration and definition to come in the hillside bottlings. It leads with a brooding, darker-fruited profile than the 2023 vintage typically exhibits, supplemented by herbal top notes and an airy, ethereal presence overall. The mouthfeel is equal parts dense and buoyant before transitioning into a saturated, slow-moving finish that continues to swell with a spherical shape and ultrarefined, silty tannins.
