Vermentino from Venturi Vineyard, Calpella, Mendocino County; dry-farmed (non-irrigated), certified organic vineyard; Pinole gravelly loam soils.

Colombard from Ricetti Vineyard, Redwood Valley, Mendocino County; planted in 1948 (by 6-year-old Tom Ricetti and his dad); head-trained, dry farmed, certified organic vineyard; gravelly loam soils.

Winemaking Notes: On August 21, 2025 Muscat blanc and Marsanne were harvested eight days prior to Roussane. Each lot tumbled in the press to get just a hint of skin contact before pressing, then co-fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for 10 months. Picked September 4th, Vermentino was pressed immediately, and fermented and aged for 10 months in neutral barrels and sandstone amphora. Colombard for Post Flirtation was picked earlier than that destined for Honeymoon, on September 19th, and fermented and aged on fine lees in stainless steel for 10 months. All components were blended and bottled in July 2026. Unfined. Filtered for stability.
