Ota Shuzo uses locally grown honeydew melons, macerated in brewer's alcohol and sugar for 3 months. It is then diluted with spring water to bring the alcohol down to 10%. The result is an incredibly refreshing melon liqueur with natural flavors.

The melons are harvested in July and left to ripen for 3 weeks. This process allows the melon to lose water and become sweeter. The seeds and skins are removed before infusion.

Serving Suggestions: Good on its own, with ice, or mixed with soda.
