Vineyard Notes: The impeccably maintained 2.5-hectare Xinomavro vineyard is planted on a hillside in the Ano Gastra subzone of the Naoussa appellation. Its elevated, sloped position offers natural protection from extreme weather while providing ideal growing conditions for Xinomavro. The vines are dry-farmed, and a green harvest is carried out during the first ten days of August, roughly one to two weeks after veraison, to ensure optimal concentration and balance.

Winemaking Notes: The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully sorted, and fully destemmed. A six-day cold soak precedes fermentation, which takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then transferred to concrete tanks for malolactic fermentation, racked, and moved to barrel for aging. Maturation lasts 14 to 16 months in 225-liter French oak barrels, 45% of which are new.

Tasting Notes: The palate shows a compelling balance between firm, structured tannins and vibrant fruit freshness. Precise and age-worthy, this wine has the structure and depth to evolve gracefully over 15 to 20 years.
