Les Lunes Wine 2023 Sweet Red Vermouth

Winemaking Notes: The Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé base was fermented in stainless steel and aged in barrel before being fortified and aromatized with wormwood, cinchona, curaçao, bitter orange peel, coriander, chamomile, allspice, cinnamon, and vanilla and extracted in neutral grape brandy from St. George Distillery.

Tasting Notes: Intensely flavored with citrus and warming spice aromas, but with a nice vinous quality. Sweet but not cloying (like some more industrial and mass produced sweet red vermouths). Drinks great on its own, with seltzer, or in any number of classic or modern cocktails.
