Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from a single vineyard in the Los Sauces subregion of the Uco Valley, planted in 1980. The vineyard, located at 3800 feet altitute, is planted to clay loam and sandy soils and farmed sustainably.
Winemaking Notes: The grapes are direct pressed in stainless steel tanks for 1 day. Then they are racked into concrete eggs where the wine ferments with the native yeasts. The wine spends an additional 8 months aging in concrete egg before being bottled lightly filtered.
