Winemaking Notes: The Noah River Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon spends 18 months in barrel (30% new) before being bottled.

Tasting Notes: Dense nose packed with dark red fruits, tea, and mint. Background notes of white pepper, vanilla and toasty oak. Velvety ripe flavors of blueberry, cassis, and currant fill the palate. Long finish of blackberry and Baker’s chocolate with a closing measure of mouth-watering acidity.
