All work in the winery occurs by gravity.
Barrel Aging: 9 months in Allier oak barrels and concrete vats; at least 4 months in bottle
Tasting Notes: Costa Colonne is a beautiful and approachable Sangiovese by the renown Brunello estate Mastrojanni. Soft and silky, the wine has beautiful red fruit and floral notes. The palate shows velvety tannins and the Ciliegiolo lends juiciness to the palate. From pasta to meats, Costa Colonne pairs well with the entire meal.
Farming Notes: Mastrojanni has been in conversion to biodynamics since 2022.
