Vineryard Notes: The Chiles Canyon Vineyards cuvee is a blend of Zinfandel grapes harvested from three terraced mountain vineyards overlooking Chiles Canyon: Chiles Mill, Catacula, & Tip Top Vineyards. The vineyards are located at different elevations and different exposures.

• Chiles Mill Vineyard, 900-1,200 feet elevation, 6.93 acres first planted in 1972
• Catacula Vineyard, 1,200-1,400 feet elevation, 9.59 acres planted 1993-1999
• Tip Top Vineyard, 1,700-2,000 feet elevation, 15.21 acres planted 1999

Winemaking Notes: Fruit was destemmed onto a shaker table and berry sorted into open top fermentors. A 3-day cold soak was followed by an approximately 10-dayfermentation. Aged 16 months in 50% American oak and 50% French oak barrels, 20% of which was new oak.

Tasting Notes: Juicy and approachable, this wine features all the hallmark aromas and flavors of the Green & Red estate. Enjoy flavors of cherry, raspberry, anise, sage and cracked pepper.
