Tasteful in Nature is 100% Muscat from Lost Hills Vineyard, fermented fully on its skins and finished méthode traditionnelle—despite everyone’s instinct to call it a pét-nat. But make no mistake: this is all Muscat, baby. Wildly expressive with heady orange blossom, exotic spice, and a flash of curry leaf on the nose. The mousse is fine and persistent, carrying vibrant aromatics and a distinctive textural grip from skin contact. Slight tannins add dimension without weighing it down. Altogether different. Altogether delicious.
