Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from a single vineyard in the Russian River Valley. The grapes come from certified organic 40-year-old vines grown on Clough series and alluvial soils.
Winemaking Notes: The Chardonnay was slowly whole cluster direct pressed to a stainless steel tank where it fermented to dry for one month. It was then aged in French neutral oak and stainless steel drums for 8 months.
