Winemaking Notes: Mirabello is a versatile, textured Pinot Grigio sourced from selected vineyards in the Veneto. The grapes are harvested during the first 2 weeks of September. They are then crushed and gently pressed. The juice is allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 60 to 65F in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled young after a period of 3 to 6 months aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: Crisp. Classic. Effortlessly drinkable. The Mirabello Pinot Grigio is a refreshing, dry white with delicate floral aromas and bright citrus lift. Crisp and light on its feet, the palate shows orchard fruit with a subtle touch of honey, all balanced by zesty lemon acidity and a clean, dry finish. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside seafood, grilled fish, summer salads, and white meats.
