Tasting Notes: Sourced from the southeast corner of Washington State, this Walla Walla red blend boasts generous flavors of blueberries, violets, plum and milk chocolate. Ripe and juicy notes of blackberry, dark cherry, blackcurrants and toasted oak are balanced with smooth tannins and bright acidity. This full-bodied wine has a firm structure and lingering finish. The blend consists of a number of juicy reds including Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Tempranillo, Malbec, and Petite Sirah round out the blend to add complex flavors and structure.

Aging Notes: The Cedar + Salmon Red Blend ages for 18 months in French oak barrels and a small percentage of American oak barrels.
