Petit Le Mont is one of our most popular French Sauvignon Blancs. It is a refreshingly crisp white wine made from organically farmed vineyards on the edge of the Touraine territory. It delivers exceptional quality for the money.

Winemaking Notes: The grapes are harvested at optimal maturity; the objective is to achieve perfect balance in the fruit. Then they are sorted by hand before pressing. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures on the lees to add richness to the body. Bottling occurs in the spring following the harvest to preserve freshness and fruit.

Tasting Notes: The nose is very expressive with vibrant aromas of citrus fruit and hints of more exotic fruit. The mouthfeel is richly textured and full, which is pretty exceptional for a Sauvignon Blanc at this price point. Racy and energetic, Petit Le Mont will pair wonderfully with grilled fish and cold cuts. It will awaken and stimulate the taste buds.
