Fiano is one of the Italian noble grape varieties with very good aging possibilities. It is cultivated all over Campania and results are very different according to the terroir. Nembo Fiano is clean and elegant with fresh white floral notes upon release; the wine turns more mineral with almond notes as it ages. The name Nembo – archaic name for clouds – refers to the vineyard altitude where it is cultivated.
