    Mixing both savory, smoky and sweet, the 2020 Soave Classico Staforte captivates with a whimsical blend of citrus-spritzed flowers, kiwi, young peach and wet stone. This is elegant and enveloping to the senses with a crystalline mineral matrix that peppers the palate as zesty citrus and green apple add further tension toward the close. Potent and lightly structured, the 2020 lingers on for what feels like a full minute, mixing a salty flourish with candied lime. This is a mighty vintage for Staforte, a blend of all the Pra's top vineyards.
