Production Process: Valentino Esposito and Mario Anastasio, the duo behind Il Gusto di Amalfi, source their organically-grown Sfusato Amalfitano lemons from family-owned groves in hillsides of the Amalfi Coast near Tramonti. The citrus is peeled by hand with potato-peelers in small batches and then macerated in pure grain alcohol in stainless steel vessels. No preservatives, coloring agents or stabilizers are added.

Tasting Notes: This limoncello is a pure expression of it's exceptional raw material. Drink cold but not on the rocks as a digestivo, or as a killer Tom Collins with some good gin. The liqueur may need to be shaken occasionally to mix in the lemon oils that rise to the top.
