Vinification: Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The skins go through maceration for a 6-7 days, with continuous breaking of the caps at least twice a day. The wine is moved to oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation.

Tasting Notes: The Stema Pinot Noir has an intense and fruity bouquet with notes of blueberry and wild strawberry. It is persistent and harmonious with soft tannins and a slight vanilla finish.
